Fassbender, Chris
Emerging Alberta -based actor noted for his work in the alternative theatre ( Marty Chan 's plays How I Wonder What You Are - for which he won a 1999 Sterling Award - and The Bone House; Tom Stoppard's Rough Crossing).
He came to national recognition in February, 2000, when he took on the difficult solo role in Wajdi Mouawad 's Alphonse ( Northern Light , directed by Sandhano Schultze) to positive reviews (Colin MacLean, The Edmonton Sun, called his performance, "riveting").

Since October 2002, Athabasca University has hosted the web site, with an editorial board comprising members of the Canadian Association for Theatre Research.
