Ontario-Based actor, born September 24, 1952 in Montreal. She is a graduate of Dawson College and the National Theatre School of Canada, and she has performed across Canada, including the Stratford Festival (Merry Wives of Windsor, Othello, Little Women, Death of a Salesman); Manitoba Theatre Centre (Ashes); Young People's Theatre (Twelfth Night); Factory Theatre (Crossing Over, Taking Over); Grand Theatre, London (The Philadelphia Story); and Canadian Stage (Carol Shields' Thirteen Hands) among many others.

Among the premieres in which she has performed are Better Living by George F. Walker (CentreStage, 1986, directed by Bill Glassco); and Jason Sherman's Patience (Great Canadian Theatre Company, April, 2001).

She has also worked extensively in film, radio and on television, and has won Gemini Awards for her work on the series Adderly and Paradise Falls.

Dixie Seatle is a member in the Acting for Film and Television program at Humber College's School of Creative and Performing Arts in Toronto, Ontario.
