Seatle, Dixie

Ontario-Based actor who has had a distinguished quarter-century career.

She has performed across the country, more recently with the Stratford Festival (Merry Wives of Windsor, Othello, Little Women, Death of a Salesman), Manitoba Theatre Centre (Ashes), Young People's Theatre (Twelfth Night), Factory Theatre (Crossing Over, Taking Over), Grand Theatre, London (The Philadelphia Story) and Canadian Stage (Carol Shields' Thirteen Hands) among many others.

Among the premieres in which she has performed is Better Living by George F. Walker (CentreStage, 1986, directed by Bill Glassco). More recently, she performed in the Great Canadian Theatre Company production of Jason Sherman's Patience (April, 2001).

She has also worked extensively in film, radio and on television.
