Sullivan, Sean

Magnificent character actor born in Toronto, Ontario, in 1923, died in 1985.

Mr. Sullivan played in theatres across the country but may very well be remembered most for the great number of hard-nosed rural characters he created in works like David French's Of The Fields, Lately (1976).

Among other theatres where Mr. Sullivan performed are Theatre New Brunswick (The Dollar Woman, Head, Guts and Sound Bone Dance), Centaur Theatre (Weeds), Manitoba Theatre Centre (Royal Hunt of the Sun, The Crucible) and Grand Theatre, London (Death of a Salesman).

Mr. Sullivan also performed on television, radio and in film.
